YOUR GOOD TO GO GUIDE
You’ve done the training — now it’s time to focus on the final details. This guide brings together everything you need to know before race day. With this info and your preparation, you’re ready to go.
How to find your bib number: Log in to your registration page. Then, select "MY REGISTRATION" at the top of the page. Enter your email address and the booking reference/code you received in your registration confirmation email. Here you can verify you competition and bib for the upcoming race.
You’ll find bib pick-up times on the website and in the runner guide. Please be aware that Friday between 2 pm and 5 pm is the busiest time and may involve longer wait times. Arrive early if possible.
All runners must present their full mandatory equipment during bib pick-up. Once your kit is checked, you’ll receive a wristband. Only runners with this wristband are allowed into the start area. Equipment may also be checked at the start and along the course.
The race briefing is mandatory. You’ll receive important safety instructions and last-minute updates. Please check your bib number and find the correct time and date for your race briefing.
- 100 Miles: 07.08. at 4 pm
- Endurance Trail: 08.08. at 7 pm
- Marathon Trail: 09.08. at 6 am (bibs 2001 - 2270) & at 6.20 am (bibs 2271 - 2550)
- Speed Trail: 09.08. at 8 am (bibs 3001 - 3200) & at 8.15 am (bibs 3201 - 3450)

The courses are well-marked, but signs can be affected by wildlife or weather. For safety, all participants in the Marathon Trail, Endurance Trail, and 100 Miles must carry the official GPX track on a GPS device. You can download the file from your race page.
If you exit the race, you must send a text message to +43 664 3431947. Include your bib number, the reason for your drop-out, and where you are headed. You are responsible for your own return. Transport is available from select aid stations listed in the runner guide. You may not cross or enter the finish area if you’ve dropped out. Finishers’ medals are reserved for official finishers only.
If you see lightning or receive a warning text from the organizer, descend immediately into the valley. Move off ridges and away from exposed terrain. If lightning is close, stop moving, put on your rain jacket, and leave your poles and pack at a distance. Crouch low with your head between your knees and wait for the storm to pass. Follow all safety instructions sent via text.
In case of an emergency, do not contact the race office. Call 140 or use the official mountain rescue app. The rescue team will assess your situation and decide whether helicopter or ground support is needed. Please note that all rescue costs must be covered by the injured athlete.
Please write your bib number on all your nutrition — bars, gels, and wrappers. This helps us track and reduce littering. Any littering along the course will result in immediate disqualification. Tip: Label your nutrition at home to avoid delays when picking up your bib.
Aid stations won't provide gels. If you plan to use gels during your race, you must carry your own. A full list of nutrition items provided at aid stations can be found in the Runner Guide and on the respective race page.
The interactive map gives you a complete overview of the area and you'll find information like trails, start/finish zones, and lifebases, expo area and bib pick-up location, car parks and shuttle points, spectator hot spots and much more.
Drop bags are available for the 100 Miles and Endurance Trail. You’ll receive one bag per lifebase. Bags must be handed in during bib pick-up.
- 100 Miles: hand in until 07 August at 5pm
- Endurance Trail: hand in until 08 August at 7pm
Bags will be delivered to Waidring (100M), Kitzbühel (100M), and Oberaurach (100M & 100K). You can collect them again on 09 August between 3 pm and 10 pm at bib pick-up.
External support is not allowed at any aid station. The only exceptions are at lifebases:
- Endurance Trail: Oberaurch
- 100Miles: Waidring, Kitzbühel & Oberaurch
Outside of these locations, assistance may lead to disqualification.
