EXPO times:
- Thursday, 07.08.2025 from 12 pm to 6 pm
- Friday, 08.08.2025 from 12 pm to 7.30 pm
- Saturday, 09.08.2025 from 10 am to 8 pm
Set-up times:
- Wednesday, 06.08.2025 from 12 pm to 8 pm (but no security)
- Thursday, 07.08.2025 from 8 am to 11 am
Dismantling times:
- Saturday, 09.08.2025 from 8 pm
- and Sunday, 10.08.2025 from 9 am
The registration includes the following:
- Parking at the Fieberbrunn mountain lifts (approx. 700m away)
- Reserved booth space
- 1 table per booth
- 1 power connection (230 volts per booth)
- free drinks and small snacks in the helper area
All exhibitors will receive a detailed EXPO plan approx. 10 days before the event. For unloading and loading you are allowed to drive in during the set-up.
