All about the KAT100 by UTMB
The KAT100 by UTMB is a trail running event in a class of its own. With 5 different distances, athletes face their very own personal sporting challenge. In addition to the sporting highlights, the KAT100 in PillerseeTal in the Kitzbühel Alps has plenty to offer - for athletes, friends, acquaintances, spectators, locals and guests.
- 12 pm - 4 pm: Bib number pick up, equipment check and drop bag drop-off for KAT100 Miles (in the event hall in Fieberbrunn)
- 4 pm: Race briefing KAT100 Miles in the event hall in Fieberbrunn
- 5 pm: Access to the start area and equipment check KAT100 Miles
- 6 pm: Start KAT100 Miles
- 6:15 pm: live band "69 in the shade" sets the musical mood for the event weekend
Expo area open from 12 pm to 6 pm.
- 12 pm - 7 pm: Bib number pick up Speed, Marathon, Endurance and Kids Trail (until 4.30 pm) and equipment check as well as drop bag drop off for Endurance Trail (in the event hall in Fieberbrunn)
- from 4 pm: First finishers of the KAT100 Miles Trail expected
- 5 pm: Start Kids Trail
- 5 pm - 9 pm: Pasta party in the event area
- 7 pm: Race briefing Endurance Trail in the event hall in Fieberbrunn
- 7.30 pm: Official opening ceremony KAT100
- 8 pm: Award ceremony Kids Trail
- 8:30 pm: Warm up with DJ and reports from KAT100
- 11:30 pm: Access to the start area in Kitzbühel and equipment check Endurance Trail
- 11:59 pm: Start Endurance Trail in Kitzbühel
Expo area open from 12 pm to 7:30 pm.
Information for Endurance Trail starter:
Bus transfer from Fieberbrunn to the start area in Kitzbühel: The shuttle for Endurance Trail participants will depart from Fieberbrunn to Kitzbühel on Friday, 2nd August 2024, at 10.30 pm. The transfer is included in the entry fee for all Endurance Trail starters and the start number is considered a ticket. Accompanying persons cannot travel with the participant shuttle to Kitzbühel.
We recommend the following for accompanying persons: The start area in Kitzbühel can be reached from Fieberbrunn in approx. 15 minutes by train (train runs approx. every 30 minutes from Fieberbrunn to Kitzbühel and back to Fieberbrunn until approx. 01:00 am). Public transportation to Kitzbühel and back as well as within the region is free for people with the so-called guest card. Guests staying overnight in the PillerseeTal (Fieberbrunn, Hochfilzen, St. Jakob in Haus, St. Ulrich am Pillersee and Waidring) receive this guest card free of charge at the respective accommodation.

- 7 am: Start Marathon Trail
- 7 am - 8 am: Bib number pick up Speed Trail and equipment check Speed Trail (in the event hall in Fieberbrunn)
- 8 am: Race briefing Speed Trail in the event hall in Fieberbrunn
- 6:30 am: Access to the start area and equipment check Speed Trail
- 9 am: Start Speed Trail
- 12 pm - 10 pm: Carbo loading at the event area
- 12 pm - 4 pm: Bib number pick up Easy Trail (in the event hall in Fieberbrunn)
- 4:30 pm: Access to the start area Easy Trail
- 5 pm: Start Easy Trail
- 8 pm: Award ceremony of all KAT100 distances
- 9 pm: After race party with live band "Chaos"
