Personal Assistence
Personal assistance is only allowed at certain food stations, in the designated area and at the discretion of the station manager. These stations can be found on the overview map of your competition.
Assistance may only be provided by a person who is not carrying any equipment other than a bag with a maximum volume of 30 litres. Assistance by a team of professionals or paramedics is strictly prohibited. The rest of the aid station is reserved exclusively for the runners. It is forbidden to take closed food with packaging, such as bananas or tinned drinks, from the catering station.
